The successful candidate will have exposure to nationally significant infrastructure projects, including major road schemes, bus corridors and cutting-edge renewable energy developments.
* Inspecting properties throughout the country
* Budgeting land/property costs for projects
* Advising on negotiation strategies and engaging in negotiations acquisitions with property owners
The role requires Chartered Surveyor or training to be (or similar qualification) as well as full driving license and proficiency in MS Word, Excel etc.
