Job Description:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage assistant for Breakfast & Lunch service at the weekends.

Responsibilities:
* Ensuring high-quality service for customers during their visit to the hotel.
* Greeting customers upon arrival and thanking them upon departure.
* Completing all preparations before the food and beverage outlet opens.
* Knowing the food menu, including specials, cooking methods, and being able to recommend dishes.
* Being aware of all allergens contained in dishes.
* Explaining dish contents confidently upon request.
* Knowing the range of drinks available, including wines.
* Following correct service procedures as stipulated by the hotel.
* Issuing receipts to customers.
* Adhering to Food Hygiene Regulations and performing related duties.
* Cleaning and tidying the restaurant after service and performing cleaning duties as directed.
* Attending required training sessions.
* Observing all Health and Safety rules to ensure safety for yourself, guests, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Previous experience in a high-volume or fast-paced Food & Beverage environment is desirable but not essential.
* Passion for hospitality.
* Team player with multi-tasking ability and excellent presentation skills.
* Professional personal presentation and grooming.
* Excellent customer service skills, confidence, and professionalism.
* Friendly, approachable personality.
* Ability to work independently, multi-task, and follow up on inquiries.
* Exceptional customer service skills, including handling inquiries and complaints.
* Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Valid permission or visa to work in the EU.
* Must be at least 18 years old due to bartending duties during lunch service.
