Overview
Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a
Client Service Executive
to join their team in Dublin.
This is a key role and the successful candidate will be expected to ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client administrative and servicing queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Support Relationship Managers in the onboarding of new clients, including completion of KYC/AML, due diligence, and account opening documentation
Assist with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of various client events and conferences, provide on-site support and hospitality at such event
Maintain accurate records across internal systems including CRM updates, documentation logs, and client correspondence
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year experience working in an administrative position
Degree or Masters level in Business/Finance related area
A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
