Senior Project Editor Role
A Senior Project Editor is required to manage their own programmes within an expanding list of primary and post-primary titles. The role involves delivering print and digital programmes, managing author relationships, and working efficiently and skilfully.
The ideal candidate will liaise with designers, proofreaders, illustrators, copyeditors, subject matter experts, and junior members of staff associated with their projects. They will be responsible for providing frequent updates on progress, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions.
This position offers flexible working arrangements, which include 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home. The successful person will work alongside other members of the Editorial and Digital Teams, as well as liaising closely with the Commissioning, Production, and Sales Teams.
