Job Title: HR Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team in Athlone Mail Centre. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and employees to ensure the effective delivery of HR support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES BY WORKING CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE RELEVANT INFORMATION IS SHARED.
* COLLABORATE WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND LINE MANAGERS TO ENSURE STAFFING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET THROUGH A COMBINATION OF RECRUITMENT AND RESOURCE REALLOCATION.
* CONDUCT SELECTION ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING SHORTLISTING, CHAIRING SELECTION BOARDS, AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO CANDIDATES.
* MANAGE EMPLOYEE TRANSITIONS, INCLUDING RETIREMENTS, CAREER BREAKS, RESIGNATIONS, AND EXTENSION REQUESTS, IN CONSULTATION WITH LINE MANAGEMENT.
* C coordination employee exits under the Company Exit Scheme with line management and HR, ensuring procedures are followed.
* SUPPORT LINE MANAGERS ON COMPANY HR POLICIES, INCLUDING GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT, DISCIPLINE, DIGNITY AT WORK, AND COMPANY/UNION AGREEMENTS.
* PREPARE CASEWORK FOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS TEAM AND SUPPORT THEM WITH PRESENTATION OF CASES AT THIRD-PARTY BODIES.
* SUPPORT LINE MANAGEMENT IN APPLYING COMPANY PROCESSES TO MANAGE SICK ABSENCE, INCLUDING RETURN TO WORK DISCUSSIONS AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REFERRALS.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in a HR role, with sound knowledge of the application of HR practices and procedures. Excellent communication, PC, and organisational skills are essential for this role.

* Degree level qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

* Able to maintain confidentiality and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
