Key Responsibilities
This cross-functional role involves working with Marketing, Category, and Insights, NPD, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Relationship management
* Managing field-sales teams
* Trade presentations and pricing strategy development
* Project management of Private Label function
The Sales Manager will take end-to-end ownership of retailer coordination projects, including oversight of promotional calendars and critical paths, reviewing submissions, producing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely data uploads to retailer platforms.
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications include 3+ years' commercial experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector, strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, engaged attitude, fluency in English language, and full driving license.
