The manager oversees daily operations at our signature fine dining restaurant and castle outlets within the historic estate, ensuring impeccable service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day activities to maintain operational excellence in all F&B outlets.
* Motivating team members to deliver exceptional fine dining experiences through effective communication, leadership skills and regular meetings.
* Evaluating team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to implement improvements enhancing financial results and customer satisfaction.
