Your new role
As a Senior Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Analyst, you will join a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for implementing programmes to deliver high-quality health technology assessments, evidence-based advice, and evidence synthesis outputs.
This will involve leading and contributing to the production of comprehensive HTAs and evidence synthesis, appraisals of evidence submissions, and gathering, analysing, and interpreting data.
You will represent our organisation in interactions with healthcare stakeholders, develop project management plans, contribute to policy development, and manage junior team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree qualification in a relevant area such as health services research, health economics, or a clinical field. A postgraduate degree is desirable, along with five years of experience in health services research and extensive practical experience in fields such as epidemiological analysis, statistical analysis, and data analysis.
You will have the ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and write technical reports. Clear examples of your career achievements in a similar research environment make you a strong candidate for this role.
What you'll get in return:
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and gain valuable experience within an innovative team. You will also have a hybrid work model and the opportunity to assist in enhancing Health and Social Care services in Ireland.
