We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Operations Director to lead our residential project in Sligo.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all onsite activities, working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers, and management.
* Plan and supervise the setup of the site, ensuring necessary facilities are in place before project launch.
* Oversee quality control procedures consistently and report findings to senior management.
* Maintain adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will require:
* A 3rd level qualification completed in relation to the industry.
* 5+ years experience in construction management.
