Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and post to the General Ledger using Sage Prepare and send sales invoices and process supplier payments Complete monthly bank reconciliations and post journals Assist with VAT returns and payroll processing Support month-end and year-end reporting with the Senior Accountant Provide performance analysis and ad hoc reporting Use Excel for day-to-day reconciliations and data entry Requirements: Essential: Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or Accounting Technician qualification) Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency Willingness to learn and work in-office full-time Desirable: Familiarity with Sage, VAT, payroll or journal entries Experience in a bookkeeping, accounts admin or finance support role Based in or near Louth Package: Full-time, permanent (Mon-Fri, on-site with flexible hours) On-site parking Study support for ACCA or ATI available Career progression opportunities within the Group Skills: accounts admin graduate role junior accounts assistant junior bookkeeper
