Meili is hiring a System Administrator to evolve and support our cloud infrastructure, security posture, and internal tooling, enabling delivery across product, data, and engineering teams.
We are a travel-technology company building technology that enables car rental companies to integrate with airlines and travel brands. Founded by a team with extensive travel tech experience, we have partnered with global brands including SAS, Lufthansa, Accor Hotels, and FREENOW.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting System Administrator with a passion for building scalable infrastructure and secure operational systems to join our fast-growing team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Designing, maintaining, and scaling our cloud infrastructure
* Supporting security across the business (PCI compliance, penetration testing, InfoSec controls, device-level security practices, etc.)
* Supporting and improving monitoring, alerting, and internal tooling
* Collaborating with product and engineering teams to enable secure, efficient development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
* Unblocking engineering delivery across products and platforms
* Maintaining high availability, disaster recovery practices, and on-call readiness
* Managing onboarding and offboarding processes and access management for internal tooling

About You
* 5+ years of relevant experience in system administration, IT operations, or infrastructure roles — with exposure to DevOps practices and tooling
* Experience managing AWS cloud platforms
* Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred)
* Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements
* Deep familiarity with CI/CD systems, monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices
* Experience supporting developer tooling and unblocking product delivery
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in security and compliance (business and infrastructure)
* Exposure to disaster recovery infrastructure setups
* Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS or travel tech environment
* Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python, etc.)
* Familiarity with Intune and general endpoint management
