About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organisedSales Administrator / PA to the Sales Managerto join our dynamic Sales team. In this key support role, you’ll help drive revenue growth by providing exceptional administrative, analytical, and operational support. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider commercial team to deliver a first-class, customer-focused experience while contributing to the continued growth of our branded product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitors’ offerings and technologies to highlight unique strengths within the sales cycle.
* Analyse client needs, sales data, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maximise revenue.
* Develop and tailor value propositions and presentations to suit different audiences and opportunities.
* Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, workshops, and meetings for senior management and clients.
* Manage and update the Promotion Calendar for all Central Billing clients.
* Produce accurate internal and external sales reports, dashboards, and performance presentations.
* Prepare corporate client updates, proposals, and meeting minutes.
* Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.
* Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the Sales Manager or wider Sales and Marketing teams.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience supporting senior management or working in a similar Sales Administration / PA role.
* AdvancedExcel skills(including Lookups, Power Pivot, and data analysis).
* Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Outstanding written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Confident liaising with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
* Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
