Job Overview:
* Take charge of daily finance operations, encompassing invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, staff or partner management.
* Own all financial processes and controls — from reconciliations and intercompany transactions to inventory valuation and supplier payments.
* Deliver precise, timely month-end and year-end closings across consolidated financial statements.
* Manage tax compliance, filings, and payments.
* Lead audit preparation and coordination, ensuring accuracy and minimal adjustments.
* Collaborate with the Group CFO to provide meaningful financial insights and support strategic decisions.
Key Requirements:
* Licence to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
* 3–5 years' experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in a multi-entity environment.
* Proven ability to manage month-end close and consolidated accounts.
* Strong knowledge of accounting systems and attention to detail.
* Payroll experience and solid understanding of UK tax compliance.
