Job Description :
* Strong experience of Java programming, software architecture, and design patterns, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams in a financial services environment.
* A strong background in retail financial services advisory (preferably 10+ years of change management / project experience) and a proven ability to quickly understand the business strategy and objectives
* Proven experience as a
Tech Lead or similar role in software development, specifically using Java.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
* Lead the design and development of Java-based applications
in the financial services sector.
* Oversee technical project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Resource will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative applications that adhere to industry regulations while delivering exceptional performance and security.
* Expertise will guide project teams in implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. In addition to your technical skills, effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams.
