Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, customer service, and commercial performance across all locations. This includes driving key performance indicators through strong leadership, data-led decision making, and hands-on floor presence when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and optimize retail operations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve commercial performance, team productivity, and store layout.
* Collaborate with internal teams on visual merchandising, seasonal planning, product launches, and promotional activity.
* Partner with e-commerce and marketing teams to deliver an aligned and seamless online experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior retail leadership position, preferably with responsibility across multiple sites or a flagship location.
* Strong operational acumen and commercial awareness, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Confidence in using data to drive strategy, performance, and change.
* Experience working cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, or brand teams.
