Are you a social media savvy go-getter with a passion for connecting people?
We are looking for a vibrant Recruitment Sales & Social Media Specialist to help us grow new client partnerships and attract top talent.
This exciting role combines business development with recruitment marketing, where you'll generate leads, build client relationships, and create dynamic candidate pipelines through social media, job boards, and targeted campaigns.
You'll work closely with our recruiters and consultants, manage our CRM, and track performance to optimize placements and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Eager to learn and develop in sales or business development; previous recruitment or HR marketing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong social media marketing skills and a willingness to learn recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and paid campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, JobAdder) and data-driven reporting is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; highly organized with strong time management skills.
