The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Property team
* Draft, format and proofread legal documents and correspondence
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings and handle client queries
* Maintain and update case management systems and client files
* Assist with billing, file management and general office administration
The Person
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Conveyancing
* Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
