Job Title
As a vital component of the site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing food safety and quality.
* Manage high-risk food production processes and canning operations.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers.
* Implement corrective actions and manage non-conforming products.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Managing laboratory activities and HACCP requirements.
* Maintaining environmental policies and health and safety standards.
* Participating in continuous improvement activities and lean management.
This is a maternity cover position for up to 12 months. The successful candidate will have experience in high-risk food production processes and a science qualification. They will also have an interest in operations and supporting business performance.
