Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
A reputable organization in Dublin is seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing vendor payments, payroll payments, and manual payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process payments efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements related to payments.
2. Maintain accurate records of standing orders and direct debits, bank access administration.
3. Prepare and present regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.
4. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline disbursement processes, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in payments/treasury in a medium to large-sized multinational company.
2. Excellent attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
3. Deadline-focused with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and proficient in preparing presentations and reports.
4. Experience working with banking platforms is preferred but not essential.
