Job Title
Experienced Health Safety and Environmental Manager sought to lead our project team in Waterford.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance to site HSE advisors.
• Foster a culture of safe working practices and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement effective HSE plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the site management team to manage risk assessments, sub-contractor evaluations, and documentation review.
• Deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge on health and safety best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and present recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• Level 8 qualification in health and safety.
• 8 years postgraduate experience in project HSE management.
• Chartered membership of IOSH.
