Deli Food Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join us as a Deli Food Service Associate, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.


Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present hot and cold deli items, sandwiches, salads, and snacks in a high-quality manner.
* Maintain the deli counter, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
* Provide efficient customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
* Handle individual customer requests with a positive attitude and aim to exceed expectations.
* Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
* Ensure correct storage and rotation of food items and equipment.
* Assist colleagues as required to ensure smooth operation.

* Able to demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good people skills and ability to work well in a team.
* A good level of spoken English.
* Previous experience in a deli, catering, or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
