The role
Our client is seeking a commercially driven Talent Solutions Lead to join their high-performing Dublin-based commercial team.
This role will focus on generating and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level organisations across Ireland, helping employers improve how they attract, engage, and hire students and graduates.
The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from outbound pipeline generation and consultative discovery through to proposal delivery, negotiation, and deal closure.
This is a highly consultative sales role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments and enjoys building long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders.
Alongside winning new business, you will also act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding hiring challenges, market trends, employer branding needs, and early careers recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities

Generate and close new business opportunities within enterprise-level organisations
Build and manage a high-quality outbound sales pipeline
Lead consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
Deliver commercially focused product demonstrations and proposals
Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through to deal completion
Develop strategic account and territory plans
Collaborate closely with marketing and internal GTM teams
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
Share market insight, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence internally
Support the ongoing improvement of sales processes and commercial strategy

Candidate profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who:

Have experience winning new business within a B2B sales environment
Are confident managing full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
Enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Are commercially driven, target-oriented, and motivated by performance
Have strong consultative and value-based selling skills
Are highly organised with excellent pipeline management capability
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Demonstrate resilience, accountability, and strong commercial judgement
Are curious, coachable, and continuously looking to improve
Have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Preferred background

Experience within recruitment, HR technology, media, SaaS, education, or talent solutions is beneficial
Experience selling into enterprise-level organisations is highly desirable
Knowledge of early careers, graduate recruitment, employer branding, or talent attraction would be advantageous
Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is beneficial

Proven experience generating and closing net new business opportunities
Experience managing complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capability
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Confident presenting solutions and leading client conversations
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Beneficial criteria

Experience within SaaS, recruitment technology, employer branding, media, or talent solutions
Exposure to graduate recruitment, apprenticeships, or early careers hiring
Experience working with enterprise or multi-site organisations
Understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy
