The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team and other professionals, ensuring a seamless office experience. This includes maintaining diaries, arranging venues, minute taking and travel arrangements.




Key Responsibilities



* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings and events

* Arrange travel arrangements for staff members as required

* Take minutes at meetings and ensure they are distributed to relevant parties in a timely manner
