About the role
Boulder Media is on the lookout for an Editor.
It is a full-time, specified-purpose role with hybrid working arrangements (i.e., remote and in-studio working).
The successful candidate will be available to start in October and is required to be based in Ireland.
The closing date for the applications is the 7th September 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure animatics have clear direction for animators; rework animatics to suit client/production requests (Storyboard Pro).
Deliver locked animatic scenes to production.
Ensure high technical standards of all deliverables.
Create offline assemblies (Premiere Pro).
Keep close communication with production.
Flag all possible problems in advance.
Deliver to Production/Sound/Online.
As part of your continuous development, you are expected to keep up to date with the latest initiatives and developments in your area of expertise/role through such as (but not limited to) training, learning and development initiatives, and mentoring.
Any other duties company management may from time to time deem necessary and reasonably require.
Qualifications
3 years' experience working as an Animation Editor.
High creativity and storytelling ability.
Excellent file management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Work to demanding deadlines and have a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills.
Keen knowledge of sound design.
Premiere Pro experience.
Knowledge of Storyboard Pro is an advantage.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
