This company supports staff in their training and offers excellent career advancement opportunities.Your role will Involve: Coordinate all phases of the MEP ServicesFully engaged in Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing, Commissioning & VerificationManagement of utility connectionsCo-ordinate Design Team information & Technical Submittals.Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverablesMonitor all Installations ensuring all stage checks are completed in accordance with Specifications/Approved SubmittalsChair Co-Ordination Meetings of all MEP Contractors on the ProjectCo-ordinate and management of client provided trades and suppliers.Track change and discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications.Provide the Project Teams with updates on MEP installation and progress.Ensure that the MEP works on site in line with BCAR requirements and all Health and Safety Standards.Lead the commissioning process.Assist in the production and upload of BCAR documentation.
What we are looking for: Relevant 3rd level Qualification.
3+ years' experience in a similar role.
