We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, and conference/banqueting areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train team members across all outlets
* Maintain high standards of friendly, efficient service at all times
* Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximise revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food and beverage within a hotel setting
* Proven experience in stock control procedures
* Proficiency in Micros or Volante systems
* Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
