About The Role
Hyundai Ireland is creating an exciting new role for a
CRM Executive
to lead the development and execution of our customer relationship management strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a CRM function from the ground up, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT and Aftersales departments.
The successful candidate will take ownership of our customer database, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating insights into targeted sales campaigns that drive performance and customer engagement.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in
CRM, Sales or IT
, who are commercially minded, analytical, and motivated to turn data into action.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of Hyundai Irelands CRM strategy
* Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights
* Design, implement and manage targeted CRM and sales campaigns
* Work closely with Sales, IT, Marketing and Aftersales teams to deliver CRM initiatives
* Track, measure and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs
* Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data and customer behaviour
* Ensure data integrity, compliance and best practices in CRM usage
* Support the wider sales strategy through customer insight and data-led decision making
Key Requirements
* Experience in CRM, Sales, Data Analysis, IT or a related field
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends within customer data
* Proven ability to plan, execute and evaluate sales or CRM campaigns
* Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently on new initiatives
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple departments
* Comfortable managing performance metrics and reporting on results
