Job Title: Mental Health Specialist
This part-time role involves working with clients with various conditions, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and physical or sensory disabilities.
The specialist will facilitate career development and support clients into the workplace and/or education in Dublin through interventions.
Main duties include:
* Identifying client needs for Individual Action Plans and Person Centred Planning meetings
* Providing regular supervision and training to staff on evidence-based interventions and support
* Designing and delivering training on education, rehabilitation, disability management, and other relevant areas
* Liaising with stakeholders and engaging in crisis management as required
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, be Chartered members of the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society, and have at least 3 years' experience in learning disability/autism/mental health/physical or sensory disability.
