Job Role Overview
The Quantity Surveyor - Public Sector will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contracts team.
This position requires a highly motivated, ambitious individual who can work as part of a team or individually, as required by various projects.
* Manage commercial and contractual aspects of all projects from a pre- and post-contract perspective.
* Report directly to the Commercial Manager and collaborate with other members of the commercial and contracts team.
* Communicate with engineers from different sections.
* Conduct site visits, take site measurements, and prepare Pricing Documents (PD) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
* Review and update tender documents.
* Administer contract agreements and evaluate payment applications.
The ideal candidate should hold relevant qualifications, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong financial and analytical skills.
