Job Description: CNC Technician / Experienced CNC OperatorPosition SummaryWe are seeking skilled CNC Technicians / Experienced CNC Operators to support our manufacturing operations through efficient machine setup, operation, and in-process quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing part changeovers following established SOPs, maintaining dimensional accuracy through tool and offset adjustments, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform CNC machine changeovers to new part numbers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Load and unload components, fixtures, and material safely and efficiently.Change and reset cutting tools as required during production.Perform parameter, wear, and work offset adjustments to maintain dimensional specifications.Conduct in-process quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, indicators, CMM/visual checks).Accurately document quality results and production information.Monitor machine performance and escalate issues promptly.Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, ensuring the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with 5S principles.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams when troubleshooting or improving processes.Qualifications & Skills2+ years CNC operating or machining experience (milling, turning, or both).Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and measurement data.Competent in using gauges and inspection tools.Experience adjusting machine offsets and parameters.Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical/automotive/aerospace preferred, if applicable).Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.PreferredExperience with XYZ machine types (e.g., DMG Mori, Citizen, Doosan, MakinoExperience with automation, probing, or basic program edits.Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices.Shifts3 cycle - Days, Evenings, Nights - Monday to Friday.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €36,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceWork Location: In person
