This Child and Family Agency was established in **** and is responsible for a range of statutory functions including provision of child protection, alternative care, specified regulatory services and a range of family support services to enable its staff to make an important contribution to improve the wellbeing and outcomes for children living in Ireland.
It has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure.

Permanent employment contract including sponsorship of a critical skills employment permit
Competitive salary between €47,523 - €68,851 depending on experience
35 hour working week
Excellent relocation and onboarding package to the value of €4,710 towards flights and accommodation for non-EU applicants and €4,100 for EU applicants
Assistance with registration with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority and reimbursement of fees to the value of €510
Induction and orientation program on arrival
Generous annual leave (29 days) and public holiday (10 days) entitlements per year
Excellent supervision and a focus on developing Social Worker strengths as well as continuous Training and Development sessions with a dedicated and individualised training plan

Entry Requirements
A recognised qualification as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker and professional registration in your country of practice
Eligible to apply for registration as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority
Experience and an interest in working in children and families services
Experience and an interest in working in child protection
A full clean driver's licence is desirable
Police clearance
