Golf Operations Assistant (Part time Seasonal)
Job summary
To assist with the daily operation of golf related business.
The successful applicant will be offered a full time position.
Key responsibilities and requirements
Assisting with the management of daily tee sheets, check in, and pace of play.
Assisting in the management of golf reservations.
Creating additional golf sales including green fee, merchandise and rental sales.
Assisting with and reconciling daily green fee, merchandise and golf services sales.
Providing the highest level of customer service to our members and guests.
General golf services related duties including the cleaning and daily maintenance of golf equipment and facilities.
Working with other team members to exceed customer expectations.
Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
Work safely and observe good work practices at all times.
Desired skills and experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of IT and POS systems.
Experience in golf operations is an advantage.
Personable attributes
Personable and enthusiastic.
Enjoy working within a team environment.
Ability to show initiative and work on tasks independently when required.
Problem solver with the ability to address complaints.
