We are looking for people with sales experience and where possible, a background in beauty retail. You must be persuasive in making product presentations, to qualify sales. These positions will be adapting to different business needs on a weeklybasis; therefore, Flexibility is key for this role, MondaySunday,andPublic Holidays. An example of your working hours would be: 8:30am -5pm, 11am 8pm and 12pm-9pm. About You: 1year+ experience as Beauty sales advisor or similar role Proven record of achieving Sales Targets and KPI's Must be able to work on their own initiative and or as part of a team Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail Great confidence, positive energy and a passion for all things Beauty/Skincare and Fragrance Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Working as part of the team to meet our sales objectives Your role: Have the ability to demonstrate beauty products on shopfloor, (i.e., applying serums, concealers etc.) Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products) Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences Inform customers on prices and special offers Assisting in keeping the department merchandised and stocked Achieving & Reporting Sales targets & KPIs Hygiene & Housekeeping: Ensuring counters, make-up brushes & Accessories are always clean and maintaining stock level in store Represent the ethos of Monroe Recruitment and the image of all luxury brands at all times Please note: there is no sponsorship/relocation package provided for this role.
