Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and technically skilled HR Business, Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in our upcoming SAP SuccessFactors HRIS implementation. This position will report into our HR Data & Reporting Lead and will be critical in ensuring the successful migration and integrity of HR data, optimisation of HR process design and development of HR reporting to monitor HR performance & compliance and surface insights to inform strategic priorities of the evolving HR function. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and internal partners across all phases of the project, from planning and design through to go-live and post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working within a HR function and possess exceptional attention to detail, problem solving, HR process design, data analysis and reporting capabilities. Prior SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Your Responsibilities will include:


* Data:
o Analyse existing HR data sources and identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and transformation needs for successful migration to SuccessFactors.
o Work closely with data migration team to design and validate data mapping, cleansing, and transformation rules.
o Support data extraction, profiling, transformation, and load activities from legacy systems and data sources to SAP SuccessFactors.
o Data validation and reconciliation efforts pre- and post-migration.
* Business Process Design:
o Collaborate with HR, internal teams and implementation partner to gather business requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.) to drive standard process design.
o Analyse existing HR business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, optimisation, and automation through the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors.
* Reporting:
o Gather and analyse HR reporting requirements from various stakeholders across different HR functions and business units.
o Design, develop, and test standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors, utilizing SAP reporting tools or integrated platforms (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
o Support the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR effectiveness.
o Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and align with business needs and compliance requirements.
* HRIS Implementation Support:
o Assist with system configuration validation and participate in UAT testing, focusing on data integrity and business process compliance.
o Support in project management office activities to ensure timely and accurate governance of HRIS implementation programme.
o Support change management by documenting data flows, business processes, and providing training or reference materials where required.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing data governance and continuous improvement post-implementation.
Skills And Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in a HR Business, HRIS, Data, or Reporting Analyst role; with prior SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data models
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and cleansing.
* Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools (SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, SQL, Power BI etc.).
* Experience with data quality, cleansing, validation, and transformation methodologies.
* Excellent verbal, written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience working on at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.
