We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Meath. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling, prioritising appointments and coordinating diaries
2. Scheduling and coordinating team meetings, both onsite and virtual
3. Organising offsite meetings and events, including logistics, venues, travel and agendas
4. Providing administrative support to the wider team, including ordering and managing office stationery and supplies
5. Purchasing administration, including raising and tracking purchase requests
6. Placing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and liaising with vendors and internal finance teams
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to purchases and administration
8. Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
9. Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Education and Experience:
10. Bachelor's Degree preferred
11. 8+ years working at this executive level
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems experience
14. Strong administrative coordination abilities
15. Customer service experience
