Role: Project Manager Civil Engineering (Water Infrastructure) Location: Greater Dublin Area, Ireland Civil Engineering & Utilities Main Contractor Salary: €90,000 €100,000 + package (DOE) Job Type: Permanent Overview A leading civil engineering and utilities contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water infrastructure projects across the Greater Dublin Area.
This role will involve full project lifecycle management on critical utilities works.
Key Responsibilities - Manage water infrastructure projects from planning through to completion - Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders - Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards - Liaise with clients, local authorities, and utility providers - Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements - Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations - Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies - Coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases - Drive commercial performance in collaboration with QS teams Requirements - Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline to Level 8 - 5+ years experience in a Project Manager role within civil engineering - Strong experience in water or utilities infrastructure projects - Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget - Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills - Strong knowledge of Irish construction and utility regulations - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors Whats on Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Long-term pipeline of secured water infrastructure projects - Opportunity to work with a leading contractor in the utilities sector - Career progression within a growing organisation Contact and for more information.
