We're looking for an experienced and customer focused BMS engineer to join our EcoBuildings team in Cork.
This role is all about technical delivery, you'll lead the execution of Building Management System projects for critical clients in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector.
You'll be part of a small, highly skilled team with strong customer relationships and deep expertise in validated environments.
This isn't a commercial office job, it's about designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex BMS systems in cleanrooms and regulated facilities.
What you'll do: * Lead site-based execution of BMS projects across life sciences and pharma clients * Act as the technical lead, managing commissioning, testing, documentation, and customer meetings * Engage directly with customers and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutions * Ensure systems are designed and installed to spec, with full validation and compliance * Collaborate on design decisions, scope changes, and small works delivery * Mentor junior engineers and apprentices within the team What we're looking for: * Strong experience with BMS systems in regulated industries, ideally pharma or data centres * Deep understanding of HVAC, controls, and system integration * Hands-on background (electrician, HVAC, refrigeration) is a plus * Ability to engage directly with customers and resolve technical challenges independently * Willingness to travel within Ireland (mainly day trips, with occasional overnight stays) * Full driving licence required This is a Cork-based role with *****% travel to customer sites.
