About the Role
The Regional Service Manager will oversee management of teams across various locations, driving the development of new responses to service users' needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for regional and local funders.
* Management responsibility for teams across multiple locations in the region
* Lead the development of innovative solutions to address service users' needs in the region
* Primary point of contact for regional and local funders with responsibility for securing funding opportunities
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Social Studies, Counselling, Psychology, or related field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising and managing a team in a community, addiction service, or similar setting, with frontline experience in addiction-related services or family support
* Understanding of complex issues relating to substance misuse and mental health, and delivery of trauma-informed services
