About the Position
Working closely with all levels of management, you will become the central support in providing consulting advice and expertise in project and asset management. You will assess project workflows and manage projects accordingly to ensure delivery.
Experience/Requirements
Within this role, you are expected to:
* Manage projects across civil and M&E functions.
* Develop and manage Annual Maintenance Plans, including corrective and preventive maintenance requirements.
* Respond to day-to-day equipment site issues.
* Promptly respond to system faults and participate in fault investigation groups.
* Identify and assess assets for refurbishment, including initial scoping and capital approvals preparation.
* Develop and manage Asset Management plans, policies, and standards, including research and implementation of new approaches and systems.
* Work on construction-related programs.
* Maintain ISO55001 Asset Management System.
To be successful in this role, you need:
* 5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Asset Management.
* Experience in plant maintenance and asset management principles.
* Ability to educate people in asset management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in engineering and construction.
* Ability to create innovative ideas and solutions.
* Utilities experience in Power or Water (desired).
* Consulting experience.
* Full driver's license.
* Experience with Maximo (ideally) or other ERP systems.
