* Supervise audit and non-audit assignments ensuring client satisfaction and operational goals are met.
* Manage client relationships and coordinate cross-departmental service delivery.
* Train and mentor student trainees fostering professional growth.
* Prepare and present reports, financial statements, Corporation Tax/iXBRL filings.
* Develop budgets and cash flow forecasts, responding to client queries.
* Ensure timely completion of assignments within budget quality standards.
* Investigate issues, propose solutions, and achieve fee targets within the assigned portfolio.
