In Clinical Diagnostics, Waters has leading LC-MS technologies, used for applications such as therapeutic drug monitoring, newborn screening, and endocrinology.With the growth in precision medicine, LC-MS in clinical diagnostics is an exciting area. PCR-NGS techniques have been widely used for over 10 years, but clinicians now seek real-time insights into disease states, requiring comprehensive analysis of proteins, metabolites, and lipids. LC-MS based assays provide this insight with high specificity, sensitivity, and capacity for simultaneous multi-analyte analysis.Our vision is for Waters to lead the broader adoption of LC-MS, driven by innovation in ionization methods, usability, and new applications in ‘omics’ research and pathology.This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Product Solutions, involves working with a passionate, agile team to develop innovative solutions addressing unmet needs and establishing Waters as a leader in clinical LC-MS diagnostics markets.ResponsibilitiesAct as a product and business owner for LC-MS/MS informatics solutions in clinical diagnostics.Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) and competitive benchmarking to identify unmet needs and develop value propositions for new products in key therapeutic areas.Develop business cases for new solutions or enhancements.Create comprehensive target product profiles based on market and customer requirements.Lead VoC SME customer relationships and feedback activities throughout product development to ensure alignment with customer needs.Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams for clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and product launches.Define and implement strategies for new product launches, working with marketing, sales, and service teams to maximize initial sales impact.Coordinate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams on content creation for marketing campaigns.QualificationsBSc in a Scientific field or equivalent; MBA preferred.Experience in LC/MS product management is required.Experience with IVD is desirable.Background in product management, business development, sales, or customer-facing roles in clinical diagnostics is highly valued.Proven ability to develop 'Go-to-Market' strategies.Strong influencing skills across cross-functional teams.Key SkillsLC/MS and IVD/Medical Device Project ManagementContinuous Process ImprovementDeep understanding of Waters’ clinical productsExcellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
