We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our client's team in Longford. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Overseeing employee performance recognition, diversity, and compliance initiatives
* Building strong relationships with employees to achieve company goals
* Maintaining knowledge of Irish Employment Law and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Reporting and analyzing statistical data for metrics
* Coordinating training programs and managing employee attendance tracking
* Distributing employee evaluations and managing queries/complaints
* Participating in Employee Orientation, Development, and Training, as well as administrative staff meetings
We require an experienced HR professional with:
* At least 2 years experience in HR Employee Relations role
* Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
* HR qualification
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems
* Leadership skills and ability to implement policies and procedures
