Legal Attorney (Contractor) Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements.
2. Provide legal guidance on marketing initiatives and data licensing matters.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risks.
4. Maintain organized records of legal documents and communications.
Legal Attorney (Contractor) Qualifications:
5. JD from an accredited law school.
6. Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
7. 3–5 years of legal experience.
8. Experience with marketing, data licensing, or commercial agreements (preferred).
9. Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
