The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will be part of a team supporting a large scale manufacturing operation in West Dublin. You will be very much focussed on inventory planning and procurement with the following being key roles/responsibilities
Inventory Management
* Align with the customer on required inventory levels and maintain accurate catalogue data
* Monitor daily inventory status, identify risks of shortages, and provide recovery plans
* Optimize inventory levels by collaborating with U.P.PRO's internal network of buyers and planners
* Resolve issues related to warehoused materials and excess inventory
* Manage disposition and removal of low-consumption inventory, in line with customer requirements
Purchasing & Supply Chain Execution
* Make purchasing decisions and place purchase orders in line with KPIs
* Ensure supplier acknowledgment of PO terms and conditions
* Manage on-time delivery and resolve issues from PO placement through receipt
* Support account reconciliation and follow-up on discrepancies
Qualifications
* Business degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum
3 years of experience
in purchasing or supply chain roles within a manufacturing or similar environment
* Proven experience working in
KPI-driven environments
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
* Advanced Excel and solid data analysis skills
