The Role
As a Global Marketing & Business Manager in PWS, you will contribute to global strategies, portfolio, bring new products and campaigns to life, and partner with our regional and global marketing and commercial teams to build Logitech brand and the business of the Logitech MX Master Series, including products like MX Master, MX Keys, and others.
Your marketing and business expertise will enable us to engage current and new users in meaningful ways, supporting Logitech’s vision.
Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with occasional travel, you will be part of the MX Business & Marketing team, reporting to the Head of the MX Business & Marketing.
Your contribution
* Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Product Management, Design, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop products and services for the Logitech MX Master Series.
* Develop business cases for new products and initiatives.
* Work closely with global and regional commercial teams to execute strategies.
* Build knowledge and advocacy for target audiences across key markets.
* Enhance marketing capabilities to increase awareness and conversions, leveraging the latest digital and AI-driven marketing technologies.
* Optimize brand presence online and across touchpoints.
* Analyze marketing and media performance to inform improvements.
* Create comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to support product launches and consumer campaigns.
* Monitor business performance, including sales, market share, and P&L, providing analysis and action plans.
Key Qualifications
* 5+ years in business and marketing roles within major consumer brands.
* Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
* Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies, experience with AI-driven martech tools is a plus.
* Experience working with agencies on creative and budget management.
* Proven skills in business management, portfolio management, and business case development.
* Understanding of retail and e-tail go-to-market strategies.
* Team player with a proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to see the big picture and pay attention to details.
* Capable of delivering under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
* Efficient, collaborative, and able to produce high-quality content quickly.
* Interest in technology and its impact on users.
* Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Education
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
