Job Description:The role will involve reporting to the Senior Project Manager and taking ownership of site activities on one or a number of projects. These will include but will not be limited to site set-out, construction supervision, management of subcontractors, managing safety - chairing toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings, managing the storage and flow of materials, regular inspections of construction/installation, snagging and final oversee of validation activities.Key Responsibilities:Manages day-to-day site aspects of a project.Liaising with client and Senior Project ManagerCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Limited PurchasingManagement of subcontractors where requiredIdentifies "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.Sets and manages client expectations.Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.Skills:The person should have strong sense of Responsibility towards the work.He or she should have required good administrative and excellent "man-management" Skills.The person should be a great communicator and should have the skills both verbally and written.He or she should have the ability to project manage with efficiency.Education and Experience:The basic education required for the job is a 3rd level certificate or trade in a relevant field.Experience of clean-build for hygienic environments.He or she should have required past working experience in the field of construction management or supervision.
