Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team in the financial sector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient day-to-day processing of activities across various product lines.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong customer service expertise and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with colleagues and clients at all levels of an organization, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

Responsibilities:

* Responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Triage emails and assign them to the correct team while ensuring your own tasks are processed within agreed service level agreements.
* Meet personal and client service team targets for call handling service level agreements through proactive and reactive contact with customers, advisers, and relevant parties via telephone, letter, or email.
* Work closely with other departments to help them better understand clients' needs while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures across various products and business lines.
* Evaluate and report issues promptly to management, fostering continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
* Support the roll out of strategic projects and initiatives as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
* Excellent written and oral English skills.
* Ability to confidently communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels of an organization.
* Proficiency in a second language is a bonus.
