Sales Administrator Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure timely quotations and invoices;
* Providing office-based assistance to the sales team, including data entry and document preparation;
* Updating equipment forecasts based on confirmed orders and communicating important information to relevant stakeholders;
* Monitoring and producing tender applications in conjunction with the project manager;
* Follow-up on unconfirmed jobs and communicate feedback to clients as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A third-level qualification in Business or a related discipline;
* At least four years' experience working in a similar sales/administrative role;
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
