\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cost improvement through design and innovation for all EMEA product lines. This role will provide transparency regarding all VAVE productivity projects across the region.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\
\
1. A degree in Engineering is required.
\
2. Advanced skills in finance, cross-functional awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution are essential.
\
3. Five to ten years' experience working in a world-class manufacturing environment is preferred.
\
4. PMP certification is desirable.
\
5. Experience leading productivity projects is beneficial.
\
6. Excellent project management and execution skills, with a strong focus on achieving results and leading key projects.
\
7. A proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving process improvements.
\
8. Ability to mentor and coach project leaders on project management fundamentals.
\
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate issues.
\
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
\
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
\
12. Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
\
13. Ability to travel frequently (minimum 25%) for meetings, site visits, and other business-related activities.
\
14. Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
\
15. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
\
16. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodologies, or similar disciplines is an asset.
\
17. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
\
18. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001:2015.
\
19. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business decisions.
\
