Join a dynamic local finance team within a leading global organisation. As Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, both locally and across the wider group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under Irish & US GAAP and Solvency II.
* Lead internal and external audits from planning through to reporting.
* Gain deep insight into data flows and system architecture, driving process improvements.
* Collaborate with departments including Treasury, Tax, Actuarial, and IT.
* Support finance-related data projects across business functions.
* Maintain and enhance documentation of processes and best practices.
Skills & Experience
* Solid knowledge of Irish GAAP and Solvency II reporting.
* Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
* Experience with financial systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
* Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
